Stairway Foundation Inc. is licensed and accredited by the Philippine Government and is based on Mindoro Island, the Philippines. The organization consists of three parts:

• An independent supervisory board

• The management and staff of the residential center on Mindoro Island

• A duly licensed supporting organization in Denmark
